I ran the details page through a Japanese to English translator. The grammar is a little hard to follow at times but the raw details are there. Here is the page in English [2]
It appears that the C860 is identical in spec to the C760 but possibly has the ability to hot-switch between Japanese and English dictionaries/character sets; Possibly a version of the C760 for the european/american market? Who knows...
