I ran the details page through a Japanese to English translator. The grammar is a little hard to follow at times but the raw details are there. Here is the page in English
It appears that the C860 is identical in spec to the C760 but possibly has the ability to hot-switch between Japanese and English dictionaries/character sets; Possibly a version of the C760 for the european/american market? Who knows...
